He Still Moves Stones

Hello Love,

Have you ever had God just speak to you in more than one occasion?

Sometimes God speaks through us, and to us, in unexpected ways.

They say that each of us, we’re either going through a storm, coming out of a storm or about to step into a storm. I find this to be true. I believe that’s one of the reason’s regardless if we get off track, regardless if we miss the mark, that we should focus our eyes on HIS strength and not our weaknesses.

Let’s face it, we all have weaknesses we deal with, but the beautiful part about walking with God, about walking with Jesus is being able to cast our cares.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. 1 Peter 5:7

One verse in particular that God has been laying on my heart is,

If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. James 1:5

I’ve been lacking things in my life lately. I’ve been lacking Patience, Understanding and just the know how. You know?

I look at my son and see how much of his father he imitates, I mean seriously! Lil baby boy get’s it in when he sees his dad practicing some baseball.

Isn’t that just like little children. Imitating us, copying us and looking up to us to see what the next step is.

Rewind 20+years (don’t judge me)

I remember, as a little child, just laying down in my room late at night before I drifted off to sleep and just hearing the soothing muffled noises of my parents speaking one to another.

How I thought they had it all together, how I thought they were so wise and just talking about life.

Fast forward to the present. I’m here, facing fears, facing doubt, just still feeling at times like a child with that unknowing of what the future may hold.

Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil.” Proverbs 4:26-27

Even though we may be walking this path in faith, just know Love, you’re not the only one figuring this thing out.

In the past words of Steven Furtrick…. ME TOO. (if you caught his last sermon, you get it.)

I’m just a little girl with big dreams and a whole lot of responsibility. The difference, I get to be like a little child and see how my Father (GOD) moves.

He Still Moves Stones

 with Love.
