1. License & Usage
By purchasing a template from lindamendible.com, you are granted a personal-use license for one website per purchase. If you require a commercial-use license, please contact us directly.
The images that come in the template are for demo purposes only and must be replaced with the users own images; unless otherwise stated that their template comes with stock images within the demo.
You MAY:
✔ Use the template for one personal or business website.
✔ Customize the design, text, colors, fonts, and images to suit your brand.
✔ Use the template for client work, but you must purchase a new license for each client.
You MAY NOT:
❌ Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the template to any third party.
❌ Claim the design as your own. Proper attribution is required if requested.
❌ Use the template for multiple websites without purchasing an additional license.
Any unauthorized use of our templates violates this agreement and may result in legal action.
2. Refund & Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may:
Request a full refund within 14 days, OR
Exchange your template for another one of equal value.
You must submit the reason to hello@lindamendible.com along with a support ticket stating you emailed us and you must include the following details:
- A detailed list of what I go over in the walk through video of your site
-Screenshots of what you submitted to Showit's customer support as your proof of attempt
-Details of the problems you faced when customizing your template
-Notice of your Cancellation of your Showit subscription
We reserve the right to make a decision if you indeed meet our refund conditions. If we have determind that you are indeed entitled to a refund, we will issue you a refund, you must delete your template from Showit's library and you will no longer have access to your student dashboard. You cannot use the template after your refund has been issued.
After 14 days, all sales are final.
3. Support & Updates
Each purchase includes 60 days of support via our support ticket system.
If you need additional support beyond 60 days, please contact us for extended support options (additional costs may apply).
Template updates and customization services are available for an additional fee.
4. Disclaimers & Liability
Linda Mendible LLC, is not responsible for any technical issues, website downtime, or loss of data related to third-party platforms (e.g., Showit, WordPress, plugins).
The templates are provided "as-is", and while we offer support, we do not guarantee compatibility with all external applications.
a. Affiliate program
You can choose to become an affiliate we ask that you leave the "site credit" at the footer of your site when you launch. Details on how you to join our affiliate program is within your student dashboard, you can link the site credit back to us via your affiliate link.
You are responsible for ensuring proper installation, customization, and maintenance of your website.
5. Violations & Legal Action
Any violation of this agreement, including unauthorized distribution, resale, or improper use of our templates, may result in legal action. We reserve the right to revoke access to our products and pursue legal remedies if necessary.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Sites.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Sites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- Each purchase allows use on one website only.

- Support: Purchasers receive 60 days of support via our support ticket system. Additional support is available for a fee.

- Updates & Customization: Template updates and customization services are available at an additional cost.
- Violation: Any breach of this license agreement may result in legal action.
- Courses include lifetime access, except for Monetizing Mompreneurs Society, which is subscription-based and revokes access upon cancellation.
- No restrictions on the number of times you access or download materials.
- Course materials (videos, PDFs, worksheets, etc.) are for personal use only.
- Sharing, distributing, modifying, or reselling course materials is strictly prohibited.
- Payment plans and subscription options are available.
- Failure to make a scheduled payment results in immediate loss of access unless we are contacted at least 14 days before the due date.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our courses, we do not offer refunds (except for the 7-day guarantee on The Blog Cure).
- All payments are processed in USD.
- Monetizing Mompreneurs Society subscribers retain access until the end of their billing period upon cancellation.
- Failure to complete a payment will result in immediate loss of access to subscription-based content.
- All payments for The Blog Cure product bundles and Courses are in USD and are non-refundable with the exception of valid 7-day Guarantee requests, as per below.
- The 7 Day Guarantee applies only to The BlogCure Course in USD. To claim the 7-day Guarantee, purchasers must email support@lindamendible.com within the first 7 days after initial purchase.
- All payments for Monetizing Mompreneurs Society & Your Webstylist Templates are in USD and are non-refundable with the exception of a valid request, as per below.
- If you’re canceling because you’re dealing with a serious illness/medical crisis, we can give you a refund, gift/transfer your ticket to someone else, switch you into another session/retreat that’s happening later, or figure out some other arrangement that works for you.
- However, if you’re canceling for any other reason (“I changed my mind,” “I forgot to book my flight,” “I feel too nervous to show up,” “I didn’t coordinate childcare,” “My lawn needs to be watered,”)… you will not receive a refund. This is a firm policy. Please purchase mindfully and honor the commitment you’ve made.
- All content on our Sites—including videos, coursework, lesson plans, training modules, text, images, and sound recordings—is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content may result in legal action.

- The Websites may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”).
