Hello Loves,
I have gone through it lately! From my website being broken (not working properly), Losing two published posts (poof gone), my phone getting wet while out jogging and not working for 2 days (I used the rice and silica pack method and it’s working now!!) To my Laptop not wanting to turn on!! That’s just the tip of the iceberg.
I’ve learned so much from these experiences and I’m so happy I’m able to adjust and grow. This blog for me was created on that thought. To chronicle my journey and share my learning experiences!
In just a short amount of time, I am in awe by the amount of readers that are visiting daily :)! YOU, Love, rock!
Not only do you rock, but there are definitely opportunities opening up. I’m the type that likes to be transparent sometimes maybe too much 🙂 Hey that’s just me and to be honest, I’m learning to embrace my self as I blog and write.
This blog is a blessing and I appreciate everything I put into it and that comes out of it. SO thank you all for the emails, they keep me encouraged and the”Thank you for that newsletter you sent out“. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
Today I want to talk to you about my decision in continuing on with my education and my thoughts on it.
One thing I like to say, I truly believe, in order to achieve your ultimate dream or goals, it is not a requirement to enroll into a big name University, College, etc. I don’t believe we should place limitations on ourselves because of what we believe limits us.
You may think that your circumstances limit you, but it’s all in your perception.
These are just my thoughts, I’m in no way saying that Harvard, Yale, UCLA, etc. isn’t an added bonus, or may not give you an advantage because the truth is they will, but it’s not a limitation if you are unable to attend these educational sources.
Instead it may mean you may have to work that much more harder, to realize your dreams to come to pass.
I’ve seen many who have started from nothing and gain their dreams because it was their GOD given talent, fueled by passion and drive! I am by no means discrediting Universities, College Degrees, etc. In fact I am all for them! Those are all good things! If you are given the opportunity to do it, DO IT! Education is powerful.
It truly is. It’s even mentioned in the bible about renewing our minds. 🙂 I try to renew my mind daily. I truly recommend it to everyone.
I LOVE feeding my mind. I’m always listening to encouraging Pod-casts, reading amazing articles, and this blog is how I also continue my education, it keeps my mind sharp.
I am happy to share to you my friends and colleagues…
I HAVE ENROLLED ON A 12 MONTH INTERIOR DESIGN ONLINE COURSE!
I’m extremely excited about this. Lord willing, I will be posting my progress, inspiration and amazing tips, as I go through this course!!
I’ve been researching on being an Interior Decorator vs. an Interior Designer and I had also made a decision to read about Interior Design as much as I can around 1 book a week/2weeks.
You see, I thought I wouldn’t be able to go back to school, or it would be incredibly difficult to find the time to get out the house, or even find the time to research my options in this arena.
God opens doors, and recently I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to continue my education and I jumped on it!
I believe in furthering my education and they had the right syllabus to sharpen my skills.
This was a lot better because I even thought to myself how nice it would be to have a tutor! Then to go at it alone. I am truly thankful.
Now I have an amazing opportunity that really just fell on my lap. I’m being schooled for a 12 month course focusing on Interior Design something, if you haven’t noticed, that I am very passionate about and honestly believe it is what I am meant to do!
How cool is that!
I hope you can continue to join me on this venture and Journey to polish up my skillz and also Lord willing upgrade to an Interior Designer.
Make sure to also sign up for my news letters Click: HERE or mosey on over to my right side panel. 🙂 To be updated on the events that occur on this here blog my friends and I’m also going to include exclusives to just my Newsletter readers.

As a friend pointed out it also allows me to be more marketable. 🙂 I leave it all in God’s hands. If you can, please pray for me. I don’t know where I’m going to find the time or energy but I’m just going to cast my cares. Be Blessed and I hope you all have an amazing day!
The contents of this package will be revealed tomorrow! ♥
