I am so excited to introduce to you Blue Tusk a Men’s Fashion Brand.

There’s something about having a brand that you care about, grow. Nurturing it and taking care of it until the point it can take care of itself.

I’ve learned through the years, it’s about having a clear message, seeing what comes natural to you and honing it until it’s exactly or better than what you’ve envisioned. Usually, most of the time, if you’re authentic to yourself and your voice it’s a million times better than what you’ve ever dreamed.

When I met Darrell Smith, owner & founder of Blue Tusk, it was from a recent speaking engagement (Check out the post here: 4 Tips for an engaging speech). Little did I know I met someone who was motivated and driven. With vision, passion and a need to be heard as a designer, as a creative.

He had the creativity of what indeed makes an amazing brand and he just needed a bit of a nudge to see that it was possible. Not only does Darrell have a vision, and that’s what makes anything long-lasting, but he had talent within that vision. I was beyond excited to work with such a talented designer who knows what they want and is motivated to see all his work and vision come to life.

CASTING CALL!! Sunday November 6th 2016 Location The casting call will be held at Holiday Inn Express at 3741 Thistledown Dr., Raleigh NC 27606. The casting call will be from Noon-3PM Please wear all black. Yes, I also plan to attend. Social Media Use Hashtags #BlueTuskFashion, #BlueTuskPhotoshoot, #BlueTuskRunway – so we can keep up with each other, and share the love with our audiences.

With the need of custom fit and look we address that with asking the right questions and letting the customer experience the fabrics. All members of the Blue Tusk family are sent new fabric swatches when inventory is updated. Our quality program is the pride and joy of our operation. The Blue Tusk QA program includes 5 steps of traceability. Starting with country of origin, receiving inspection, BT sewing compliance, final testing, and fitting. Details of this program is included with every shipment.
