Shannon’s passion for marketing began when she studied TV Production in high school, then majored in Communications and Marketing at Virginia Tech before heading to Atlanta after college to work at CNN Headquarters.

Boutique Social was started in 2015 as a full-service social media agency and has now evolved into a consulting agency where Shannon mentors other Social Media Managers through her Social Biz System course, 1:1 consulting services & co-founding the Social Squad Society membership.

When Shannon is not working, she’s spending time with her husband and two daughters in North Carolina. On the weekends, you can usually find her exploring the newest restaurant, eating queso, and drinking a margarita!
