Hello Love,

 

Let’s go back, back to when God had freed the Israelites and back to when God had told them he was going to lead them to a land flowing with milk and honey.

God didn’t mention the fight that would have to take place. God didn’t mention the effort they need to seize a land that God had already given them.

 

What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? James 2:14

 

Do you have Faith you’ll get the new job, yet you do not prepare?

Do you have Faith you will be in good health, yet do not take care of your body?

DO you have Faith that those funds you are believing for will come through, yet what are you doing to prepare or move towards that direction?

 

In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. James 2:17

 

This is one of my favorite scriptures. We can wish, we can dream and God can tell us that great things, good and marvelous things are for us, but if we don’t put the effort each day where will we be?
If we don’t make the decision and commitment to show up no matter how we feel or what it may look like, where will we end up?

 

Do you want to stay in the wilderness, Love? Or will you fight each day for what’s yours?

 

But the men who had gone up with him said,

“We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” Numbers 13:31

 

It didn’t matter that God told them it was their land, because their minds were already made up.

When they went and survived the land they were swayed not by an awesome God but with what they saw.
Instead of changing their mindset and seeing themselves as God’s chosen people, the power behind them and who they were through God’s eyes! They saw themselves through the eyes of their opponents.

How do you see yourself Love?

Are you prepared to fight for your dreams?

You are called, God is willing, are you able?
