Lately I’ve been really diving into this health kick that I’ve started this New Year in and I’ve been making these delicious concoctions that they’re just too Good not to share!
Note: Each recipe requires a 1/2 gallon – 1 gallon of water ( I use cold/room temperature water)
– 1 Cup of Blueberries (or a handful)
– 1-2 mandarins
– 4-5 strawberries
– 1 Lemon (optional)
-1 Lemon
-2 Mandarin’s
-3-4 Strawberries
-1/2 Cucumber (optional)
– 1/4 Watermelon
– 3-5 Strawberries
– 1/2 Cucumber
– 1-2 Orange(s)
– 1 Lemon (Optional)
Tip: You can peel the oranges and lemon’s before infusing to leave out the bitterness that otherwise will result in leaving the peels.
Now, mind you, I am not an Infusion expert I just know what I like and I like me some zesty goodness in my water. Not to mention it’s refreshing and healthy! I have everyone (Hubby & Baby) in my house hold drinking it. Not to mention when I do have guests, they love it and ask for seconds and thirds!
There are so many ways to approach water infusion, it’s basically putting fruits into your drinking water. I usually switch things up every 2-3 days and add different recipes. You can check out INFUSED WATERS website for more info, she seems to have it down to a science.

If you’d like your water a little sweeter just use young coconut water. Happy drinking!
